USSD
This facility offers menu-driven service. User can choose to have details and information by scrolling down on the menu on their handset. Example of the USSD is, as a first step user will type a short code with the help of * and # as prefix and suffix with short code, a menu will come in the front display of the mobile, user selects Account option, then the user will be directed to Account related features and user can scroll down to required service.
