SMS

Short messaging service (SMS) is a wireless service that enables the transmission of alphanumeric messages between subscribers and external systems such as electronic mail, paging and voice-mail systems. SMS is characterized as out-of-band packet delivery and low-bandwidth message transfer.

MMS

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a multimedia presentation in a single entry. Customer Connect supports sending of MMS to customers. The product is 3G enabled so customers get mobile banking services on their handset just like on a web browser on the Internet. Organization can use send the customized MMS with ease to its customers.

USSD

This facility offers menu-driven service. User can choose to have details and information by scrolling down on the menu on their handset. Example of the USSD is, as a first step user will type a short code with the help of * and # as prefix and suffix with short code, a menu will come in the front display of the mobile, user selects Account option, then the user will be directed to Account related features and user can scroll down to required service.
